Return Window

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition as when received
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration may not be approved for return.

Return Shipping and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.

If a glass item is returned broken or damaged due to insufficient packaging, the return will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend using protective materials similar to the original packaging and securing items carefully.

Odd Commodity Shop is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.oddcommodityshop@gmail.com with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage claims must be submitted within the return window.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized products

• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original purchase if eligible and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
