Thank you for shopping with Odd Commodity Shop. Each order is prepared with care. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.

During periods of high order volume, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Odd Commodity Shop is not responsible for delivery delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Odd Commodity Shop ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Odd Commodity Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Odd Commodity Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, you may contact us at info.oddcommodityshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info.oddcommodityshop@gmail.com with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damage claims submitted outside of the return eligibility window outlined in our Refund and Return Policy may not be accepted.

Pre Order and Made to Order Items

Items listed as pre order, made to order, or custom have extended processing times. Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing timeline.

Shipping Costs and Returns

Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

All returns must follow the guidelines outlined in our Refund and Return Policy, including condition requirements and return authorization approval prior to shipment.

Policy Updates

Odd Commodity Shop reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
