Join Odd Commodity Shop, Mission Blue, Red Thread Community, and Hana the Host for a special evening centered around creativity, sustainability, and local community connection in the heart of San Francisco.

This candle making workshop was intentionally designed to bring people together while supporting multiple local small businesses all under one roof. Guests will create their own luxury candle using reclaimed glass vessels transformed from discarded bottles into functional art while enjoying a warm and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

As part of your ticket, each guest will also receive a redeemable coffee and pastry ticket to enjoy from Mission Blue, helping support one of San Francisco’s beloved local cafes and community gathering spaces.

This experience is designed to encourage guests to slow down, stay awhile, meet new people, and invest back into the creative small business communities that make the Bay Area so special.

Whether you come solo, with friends, or as a date night outing, this workshop is intended to feel approachable, inspiring, and deeply community centered.

About Odd Commodity Shop:
Odd Commodity Shop is an Oakland based sustainability focused art and home goods brand transforming discarded glass into functional pieces designed to spark conversation around waste, creativity, and circular design.

Each candle vessel used in this workshop has been reclaimed and diverted from the landfill before being given a second life through thoughtful craftsmanship.
